Nanos eDeliberative participants should be aware that they may disclose personally identifiable information in their discussion postings and that the security and privacy protections in place on this site and through the service provided herein do not cover this type of transfer or disclosure of personal information.

Registered users making or responding to discussion forum postings or other types of submissions are solely responsible for the content. All information posted to the eDeliberative website by any registered participant is the property of Nanos Research and the client sponsoring the consultation.

Nanos Research will not sell, distribute, publish or otherwise disclose your personally identifying information without your express permission, unless required to do so by law.

Nanos Research stores personal information of registered users in secure databases protected by passwords as well as database and network firewalls to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of personal information.
